Despite the change of contact persons, we have been able to achieve consistently positive results since the beginning of the campaigns. By increasing our online presence on the major metasearches, such as Trivago, Google & Co. we have been able to sustainably increase our number of website visitors and consequently also our direct bookings. Within the last few years, our direct revenue has been significantly expanded. Despite the current crisis situation, the metasearch campaigns ran successfully last year with a cost ratio around 8%."
