Why are we rebranding?

As the digital marketing landscape evolves and new channels emerge, hoteliers are unable to scale, optimize and manage good returns from all of these channels due to the lack of time, expertise and right insights. myhotelshop solved this problem for paid search and meta advertising, and with Demand booster will solve this for all online channels that help in driving direct bookings including social media, search and meta channels.

How will the rebranding impact the competitive positioning of MHS?

This integration will help myhotelshop offer more to its existing customers by giving them access to not only end to end digital marketing solutions, but also, access to innovative products in revenue management, distribution and guest experience.

How does Demand Booster fit in the UNO universe?

Demand Booster is one of the offerings of UNO, hotel commerce platform.
UNO combined distribution and marketing into a single platform with modules like, channel manager, GDS connectivity, booking engine, rate intelligence, parity monitoring amongst others.

What is the impact of this rebranding on our customers?

For our customers, this change will bring more clarity and consistency in how we present our offerings. They will still have access to the same great product, now called UNO Demand Booster (formally Portal), but with enhanced features and better integration with the RateGain suite of products.

We will be sending email communication to customers through the account managers
